Feedback Reminder
Hi all,
A while back we emailed to request that all feedback and evaluations, also including any comments and compliments, following session and touch points with CYPs and families should be sent to the Engagement inbox (engagement@derianhouse.co.uk)
This is to ensure we are shaping our services around what our families want. This information will be shared back to all relevant staff members as well as highlighting to our families “you said we did”.
I just wanted to send a reminder to everyone as we haven’t received much feedback recently.
