WHAT’S ON WEEKLY @ DERIAN HOUSE (Monday 30th May – Sunday 5th June)
MONDAY 30th
- Sensory Story Time will take place in the Seaside Room from 1:30 – 3:00pm for Derian families.
- God save the Queen! We’re super excited to host our first ‘themed day’ since before COVID with a Jubilee Street Party in the Sensory Garden from 2pm. Red, white and blue clothes is the theme, and please stick to IPC.
TUESDAY 31st
- Individual sessions of Music Therapy will take place in the Snug from 2:00pm – 6:00pm.
- We’ll be welcoming families into the hospice for Family Day Care from 11:00am – 2:30pm.
WEDNESDAY 1st
- Join our music teacher Rachel Toner in from 11am for a sing-a-long in The Snug.
- The Derian Voices will be meeting in the Seaside Room from 12:00 – 1:00pm. You’re very welcome to attend, no matter your singing ability!
- Music and Movement will be held in the lounge this morning.
THURSDAY 2nd
- Our Pets as Therapy dog, Shuna, will be arriving at Derian with her human Linda for their weekly visit.
- 5 young people will be joining us for School’s Out in the Seaside Room from 11:00am – 3:00pm.
FRIDAY 3rd
- 4 young people will be joining us for School’s Out in the Seaside Room from 11:00am – 3:00pm.
- Happy Platinum Jubilee to our Queen Liz! Have a good one, petal.
SATURDAY 4th
- Splish, splash! We’ll be in the pool for hydrotherapy fun this morning.
- Music and Movement will be held in the Sensory Room this morning.
